Using the tools
The tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. Worksheets, color values, passwords and stitch patterns you create are yours to use however you like. You are responsible for having the rights to any image you upload to the Cross Stitch Pattern Maker.
Pro passes
- Some tools (currently the Cross Stitch Pattern Maker and the Math Worksheet Generator) offer paid Pro passes. A pass works only for the tool it was bought for. Passes are one-time purchases — there are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
- A 1-download pass unlocks Pro features for a single PDF download and is used up when that download starts.
- A 24-hour pass starts with your first download, not at purchase, and lasts 24 hours from then. If a problem on our side interrupts the service while your pass is running, that time is added back automatically.
- A pass is remembered in the browser where you enter the code. Clearing your browser data removes it; you can enter the same code again while it is still valid.
- Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record.
- Download guarantee. If a problem on our side stops you from getting a download you paid for, we refund your pass in full — just email us your pass code. "Our side" means: our servers failing or being overloaded, the site being unavailable, a pass check failing because of us or our payment provider, or a PDF that our tools produce broken or empty in a supported browser. It does not cover your own internet connection, changing your mind, not liking how a result looks (you can try the free version and the practice tour first), or a pass that has simply run its time. Other refund requests follow Polar's refund policy.
- Access codes are for the purchaser's own use and may not be shared publicly or resold.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is". We work hard to keep results accurate — including math answer keys and thread color matches — but we cannot guarantee they are error-free. Please check important output before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ficklestudio26 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Content and trademarks
The site design, text, guides and code belong to ficklestudio26. DMC is a trademark of its respective owner; thread numbers are used for reference only. Pantone and other brand names are used for informational purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
